Chicago Music Exchange – 1962 Les Paul Custom Polaris White | CME Quick Riffs

Roses are red, violets are blue, the new owner of this beauty could be you! Alex Chadwick demonstrates this gorgeous Les Paul Custom from 1962. Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, and swing by our store to give this a play.

The guitar has been refretted and the nut has been replaced. The guitar originally had a side-pull vibrola. This has been replaced with a Lyre vibrola from an SG custom from 1964. A previous owner converted the bridge to a Nashville. It has been converted back with the installation of Callaham Nashville-to-ABR conversion studs. The pickups have been replaced with vintage Gibson patent number pickups. The neck heel has been repaired and touched up. The guitar has two touched up spots on the edge of the lower bout and one on the back of the neck. These the spots are where the finish reacted with a guitar stand. There are two rose decals added to the body.
