What I missed the most on the ketogenic diet was bread. I love my sandwiches and burgers and pizza. While I was able to figure out the cauliflower pizza fairly early on, making bread was always a task because of the price of almond flour, till I learned to make my own. Then, I discovered this incredible 2-minute Keto bread made in a mug, in the microwave. Keto friends, it doesn’t get any easier than this. Let the bread games begin!!!

Net Carbs: 2
Recipe: Makes 1 serving.
– 30 grams Almond Flour
– 10 grams salted butter
– 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
– 1 Egg
1. Mix all the ingredients in a mug (or bowl)
2. Microwave the mug for 90 seconds (if mixed in a bowl then transfer to the mug before microwaving the mug)
3. Overturn the mug and it will slide out
4. Slice and eat, or toast, or make a sandwich
